Lexington Alternative Education Academy Goals

Lexington Alt Ed program is focused on allowing at-risk students to graduate from High School in our district.

We approach this by offering hours outside of the normal classroom hours and by providing other means to reach their State Standards of Education without being in a full-time classroom with full-time teachers.

Our students are progressing through their academics by attending school on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday nights from 3:30-8:00 pm. This schedule allows many of them to work in the mornings, assisting their families with income while gaining the education they need.
